The Senior Legal Analyst will be an expert Paralegal supporting the Bath & Body Works Legal Real Estate team. This individual will be a key contributor to the team and must always possess a high level of integrity, while also being a strong teammate and collaborator.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating leases, amendments and other legal documents.
- Drafting and reviewing all Estoppels and SNDAs.
- Tracking and reporting on deal flow going through the team.
- Coordinating with the business team to identify and track critical date information related to store openings, closings, options, kick-outs, and expirations.
- Performing legal research including reviewing leases and advising business team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the company, including Legal, Real Estate, Construction & Finance.
- Backing up the Executive Assistant as needed, including when the Executive Assistant is on vacation.
- Any other duties that may be required as the needs of our business change.

Qualifications:
- Conducts all work in an ethical, professional and confidential manner.

Experience and Education:
- 5 years paralegal experience in retail and/or commercial real estate.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience leading and tracking a large number of projects.
- Significant experience negotiating real estate agreements.
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow.
- Proficient in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new software.
