What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Coordinator Broad St. position at LBrands?
Bath and Body Works Logistics is seeking a coordinator to support Local and Yard operations. As a coordinator you will act as the expert within the yard operations at the assigned Bath and Body Works campus, working with internal partners as well as external service providers to ensure the efficient management and fluidity of the yard is accomplished.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of designated yard operations on assigned Bath and Body Works campus
- Leads coordination of trailer movement to ensure the yard is operating at or above our standards
- Responsible for knowledge of movement in and out of the assigned yard operation
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to aid in the management of the yard function
- Actively participate in regular touchbase/connection points with immediate supervisor and team
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and internal DC partners
- Ability to flex and travel to other local Bath and Body Works yard operations to support when necessary
- Ability to perform weekly and annual full yard audits as applicable
- Maintain a positive, healthy perspective in difficult situations, while remaining focused on immediate priorities
- Respond quickly to change with a positive attitude and willingness to learn way to achieve objectives
- Assists in the development of “peak” season planning with cross-functional support from DC, Shipping, Delivery Agent teams, Service Providers and Vendors. This work is specific to planning for yard capacity, rental trailer fleet and project planning for Non-Merchandise logistics
Hours are 10am - 6:30pm

- Ability to frequently open and safely move in and out of trailers within our yards
- Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a repetitive basis
- Ability to travel locally to support multiple Columbus based yard operations or projects
- Comfortable using Excel and Outlook
- Open to overtime during peak season which may include weekends
