Benefits Coordinator Position:
As an LC Financial Group Insurance agent, you are on the frontlines of customer service and client acquisition helping people protect their families and transitioning them to Insurance products courtesy of LC Financial Group.
Your primary day-to-day activities include contacting seniors & closing low-ticket ($60/month) contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads
- Appointment setting and closing deals
- Represent LC Financial Group in an esteemed manner
- Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job
- Become a proficient insurance professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product
- Closing deals (Once you are ready. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months)
Pay:
- Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission is $700)
- Our standard is 10 sales/month.
- Volume bonuses are available.
- Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed
- 1099-contractor.

Pay: $47,198.00 - $198,542.00 per year
