Starting Pay : $18 / hour, depending on experience
Schedule : Flexible, 25-30 hours a week
Essential Duties :
- Minor repairs and some painting (dry wall patches, replace missing trim)
- Minor plumbing repairs (leaking faucet, etc.)
- Replacing light bulbs and batteries
- Landscape maintenance, mowing and weed eating
- Drive snowplow in winter and apply ice melt on property
- Occasionally help move furniture
Qualifications :
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, team lift for any furniture moves
- Ability to pass a background check
Salary : $18
