EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsible for coordinating, as directed, all internal operational functions required to fulfill kitting requirements and managing data integrity utilizing the project tracking sheet or other tools as necessary. Responsible for conducting process reviews and recommending changes if necessary. Organizing the onboarding of new kitting projects to include the coordination of all internal operational activities related to fulfilling kitting project requirements. Responsible for developing project specific planograms and other critical material as required. Responsible for assisting the Business Development and Purchasing teams in managing data integrity and process specific metrics, to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met. Maintain kitting project tracking system to coordinate all kitting projects from contract award/purchase order to fulfillment. Notify Purchasing team when Vendor POs are past due and assist with identification and action item tracking to ensure projects stay on schedule. Lead internal departmental issue identification and analysis to ensure short term and long-term resolution and champion process improvement efforts to create positive outcomes.
3 to 5 years work experience in project management, process analysis, operations, and/or business management.
