Description
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting everyone who enters the lobby, answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
The Receptionist also provides information, direction and other assistance to residents, staff, guests, visitors, and vendors while performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Communicate efficiently in English, using proper grammar, in a pleasant manner.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience at an intermediate level required.
- Experience with office equipment such as a high capacity copy machine and postage machine is preferred.
- Accurately complete a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and carrying items occurs throughout the day.
