Summary This position will report to the HRIS Manager. The person in this position will function as a key link in the HR department within PM Pediatrics. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative project support by working with the various HR teams to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient processing of HR transactions. Description Assist with reviewing, responding and escalating HRIS Helpdesk IT incident tickets. Participate in semi-annual Workday Release Updates Being 2nd Tier Support for Benefits Team on issues identified for research and resolution. Manage Employment Verification Letter Process Regularly communicate status to team members and management. Escalate issues/risks proactively to appropriate team members and management. Review and process all employee transactions, such as job changes, compensation changes, promotions, and terminations Troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and resolve them from end to end. Ensure transactions are delivered on time and with quality. Verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy. Prepare and submit audit reports with payroll information to the Payroll and Finance Team. Other ad hoc assignments IND123 Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration. 0 - 3 years of HRIS or related HR experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort with reporting and data analytics Highly responsive to business needs High level of attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time and prioritize Sense of urgency in both action and communication Able to work well independently and under pressure Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
