As we continue to grow, we seek a skilled and reliable Virtual Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper to maintain and manage our financial records accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently in a virtual environment. The Virtual Bookkeeper will be responsible for tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience working in a virtual or remote setting.
• Certification in bookkeeping or related field (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper).
