Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks in the restoration industry. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in blueprint reading, trim carpentry, tile laying, and flooring installation. Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine installation requirements
- Install and repair various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install trim and molding to enhance the finished look of installations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with water damage restoration projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in trim carpentry, tile laying, and flooring installation
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
