What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expeditor position at Le Sud?
Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen is looking for a qualified Food Expeditor. Food Expeditors keep the flow of service steady and efficient throughout the entire restaurant. Food Expeditors are expected to handle fast pace, high volume and be knowledgeable of each dish and ingredient on our wonderful menu. Expeditors are highly regarded as individuals who can ensure the upmost quality of each dish. Expeditors will work closely with each member of the back of house, including Chef, Sous Chefs and Line Cooks. Expeditors will oversee a team of Food Runners as well as help prep and garnish plates as needed.
