Desired Experience:
- 2-3 years of culinary / food and beverage line position in a high-volume restaurant
- Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
- Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
- Maintain safe, sanitary and organized work stations
- Lift and carry 30 pounds
- Ability to work long hours standing, shifts will last up to 10 hours
