Job Description Job Description At the core of it all… This role is responsible for the successful design and deployment of software for all customers onto ABC’s platforms, specifically overseeing the software configuration and training phase of the implementation. This role ensures the client’s needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of the application solutions, systems and processes in response to client requirements expressed in the discovery and/or sales process. This position is responsible for successfully managing deployment requirements on multiple, concurrent integration projects. The projects vary in complexity and scope, requiring strong attention to detail. Additionally during this project life cycle, this position will serve as a primary contact with the new customer, communicating the balancing constraints of project scope, timelines, quality, risk evaluation, setting the expectations and monitoring the client’s assessment in relation to the software implementation. What you’ll do…. Manages client through ABC configuration process Facilitates requirements discussion, capture business model and document the requirements as it relates to the software design, configuration and deployment Gathers, configures, and implements business requirements throughout the project lifecycle Configures software to meet client business requirements Coordinates hardware deployment to client Schedules onsite trainer and communicates specific training needs Assumes leadership role in ensuring that ABC is aware of and focused on providing the appropriate implementation solutions to our clients Manages project expectations; notably around deployment scope, clarifying project roles and responsibilities Reviews goals, accomplishments and overall performance with the customer during the onboarding process Takes ownership of assigned issues and work as the client’s advocate to bring resolution in a timely manner Teaches and reinforces clients how to get the most out of their ABC software solutions Provides clients with specialized software and system training when necessary Monitors and manages support ques and the Client Portal Up Sells/Cross Sells and educates on all aspects and features of ABC and Datatrak Manages, delegates and inspects client issues with divisional leadership Uses CRM as required to track client interaction and activity Facilitates requirements discussions, capture business and financial information, document the requirements as it relates to the integration in its entirety Develops and maintains accurate project deployment and integration schedules Oversees and supplies leadership for customer visits related to assigned cases Approves deliverables and post deliverable signoff Provides reporting from all software sources that emulates client’s reporting structure and caters to their specific business needs, financial, growth forecasting, production, marketing and demographic reporting Directs all conversion activities, working with all internal ABC departments to ensure the appropriate response and communication with the client Manages, delegates and inspects client issues with department leadership Works with ABC upper management to resolve issues when necessary Provide weekly summaries to department management concerning cases and clients Provides expert guidance and support for internal and onsite employees to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the project implementation Works with Software Development to champion product enhancements and support improvements Provides project completion documentation to the Client Management Division to facilitate a seamless transition to the final stage of the project life cycle.
