As part of Drury Hotels Operations Leadership team, you will: Overseeing maintenance, facility management, laundry, and public space activities in this 24 hour facility Creating, assigning, inspecting work orders Inspecting equipment and room PM's Working with Regional Maintenance Manager to train, develop, and coch team members to achieve success in their roles Coordinating third party vendors and the completion of special projects Facilitating the procurement and organization of various components and materials. Supervising the entire process of ordering, receiving, arranging, and replenishing supplies Conducting linen par stock management, minimizing loss / stains, maintaining well stocked and organized cart rooms for the next day, and performing daily inspections of the entire laundry supply chain, from storage to guestrooms. Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
