Provides summary and trend analysis of accounts and causes of past due transactions, hosting meetings with key stakeholders on significant accounts. In addition to establishing best practices, the individual will also drive towards the corporate DSO & cash objectives. This position will also support cash forecasting activity for the company Responsibilities: Contacts clients directly to determine the status of unpaid invoices Serves as Calyx liaison with key account clients and internal staff regarding disputed invoices Prepares the Regional Cash Forecast each month Tracks root causes of past due invoices on monthly basis– trending results for stakeholders for internal meetings. Facilitates meetings to address key problem areas on accounts with internal partners Corresponds regularly with project financial managers to ensure necessary contract/project/billing information that is being disputed is addressed Meets monthly with internal project financial management to review ageing trends and cash forecasting for clients and regions Assists the establishment of best practices for collections Recommends reserve establishment and write offs for the collections team Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Excellent writing and verbal skills. Exceptional organizational skills which include an ability to multitask and be process oriented. Must have self-directed proficiency in MS Office, specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Minimum 5 years of similar experience. Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of global teamwork Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and convey a sense urgency to meet expected timelines Demonstrates heightened attention to detail Demonstrates client “customer delighter” focused approach to work.
