Trimmer - 2nd Shift

Trimmer

• Operate manufacturing machinery to trim excess material off metal objects to bring to assigned weight and size
• Visually inspect product for size variances
• Weigh product and record number processed
• Maintain work area in clean, safe and orderly condition
• Train on all machines in department as needed
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Follow all safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective equipment gear)

Hours: Monday - Thursday from 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
This is a temp to perm role.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic English skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25 pounds multiple times throughout shift
• Excellent and consistent attendance
• Good visual acuity for quality inspections and defect detection
• Able to perform repetitive motion throughout shift
• Able to stand, walk and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Manual dexterity
