Our Story begins in Downtown Bowling Green. It was there, that the first Leachman vehicle was sold in 1948. Since then, we have grown to be where we are today on Scottsville’s Road. With over 60 employees, we have become what is now Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac. We are Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac, a Full-Service Automotive Dealership specializing in Quality, Assurance, and Expert Witness Testimony. In this role, you can expect to:
- Be the leader and inspire your team to meet and exceed our company performance standards and maximize the potential of the Service department (i.e. fast and friendly customer service, good product knowledge, upbeat atmosphere, professional language, etc.)
- Develop a trusting atmosphere that is conducive to receiving feedback from team members; coach, discipline, and/or terminate the staff according to company policy
- Recruit, train, and retain highly motivated employees according to company guidelines and create a culture where employees feel respected and recognized for their achievements
- Perform the required repairs needed to customer vehicles
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure that all vehicles were maintenanced properly
- Adhere to GM standards, comply with standards of operation, and follow company guidelines on all repair orders.
- Stay alert to competitive practices that could have an impact on business; Offer recommendations when appropriate
- Perform quality checks on vehicles to ensure that they have been fully cleaned and prepared for the customer to take possession after repairs and/or product installations have been completed.
