Activity Coach

Lead - Advisor is a consulting and search firm specializing in wealth management. This role is for a client firm.

We are helping our client in Midtown Manhattan, hire an Activity Coach. The Activity Coach is an integrated member of the leadership team responsible for coaching, developing and supporting new financial representatives in order to help them get off to a fast start in their careers. They are responsible for conducting activity coaching meetings for all FRs within the first 6 months of their business across our four offices.

Responsibilities

• Hold individual, 15-minute activity coaching meetings with each new full time FR for 2 days per week for approximately the first six months of their career – or until habits have been firmly established.
• Hold 4 group (one per office), 30- minute activity coaching meetings with interns once a week.
• Help new FRs maintain focus on high activity and effective sales habits; encourage FRs to build the daily activity habits needed for continued success in the career and help FRs hold themselves accountable to their daily activity goals
• Build and maintain high morale and positive energy/momentum toward high performance
• Participate in new FR training as a facilitator and/or presenter; serve as the main point person to help new FRs work through their Financial Planning Training homework
• Help new FRs develop accountability to track their activity consistently and accurately in CRM so that they have the data needed to continually analyze their practice and adjust actions to achieve success.
• Participate in Monthly leader meetings as needed to provide perspective on activity.
• Coordinate with mentors and admin members as needed and retain case consultation information for each new FR.
• Partner with the Technology Productivity Coach or other leadership team members in preparing for Weekly and Monthly Client Builder meetings as needed.
• Communicate activity results weekly to leadership team.
• Provide support during the week, e.g., answering questions, providing insights.
• Complete weekly written recaps to respective leadership teams
• Develop initiatives to improve lives and new client production for FRs in their first year.
• Act as a backup for the following departments as needed:Training & Development (Full Time & Internship)
• Contract & Licensing

Salary: 60-65k base 1-20k bonus comp.
