Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Serve as a receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
-Speak and understad spanish is a plus but not required
