We are looking for a Fair Banking and CRA Officer to join our Compliance team who will be responsible for driving and implementing our strategy for the promotion, enhancement, and oversight of our Fair Lending Program.

In this role you will:
- Administer the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Banking Program so that the bank complies with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and examiner expectations.
- Deliver a Fair Lending Risk Assessment for Banking as a Service (BaaS) relationships
- Deliver a Fair Banking Risk Assessment for our traditional banking products
- Develop training for Fair Lending
- Responsible for driving and implementing the Bank’s strategy for the promotion, enhancement and oversight of the enterprise-wide Fair Lending Program
- Help the bank meet modernization requirements
- Attend CRA, Fair Banking, and Fair Lending conferences on behalf of the bank
- Develop new and continue community relationships
- Oversee and update when necessary the bank’s CRA Strategic Plan and manage the banks CRA Coordinator and data collection/validation efforts
- Review results of data analysis, from time-to-time perform analysis, and recommend changes to management where necessary as it pertains to CRA performance and bank products and services available impacting CRA performance
- Identify CRA opportunity and collaborate with management and lenders to assure CRA investment, service, and community development Strategic Plan goals are met
- Maintain the banks CRA Public File
- Lead and support due diligence analysis on potential community partners, as well as community development loans, investments, and services throughout the banks footprint; performing site visits when necessary.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
