Job Summary: The Call Center Representative is to contact consumers and advise of pending services, documentation, pending complaints and return call requests. Call Center Representatives are required to make outbound calls with the focus of generating leads for different inbound offices.
The hours will be from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
