Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Evaluates training programs and materials as well as trainee performance. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned. The Trainer is responsible for meeting training needs of colleagues across the enterprise using blended learning, classroom learning and virtual learning delivery modalities. The Training Coordinator is responsible for the internal development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training activities across the company. The Trainer collaborates with staff at all levels and multiple disciplines across the organization. The Training Coordinator works with minimal supervision and is frequently required to use professional skills, discretion and sensitivity while addressing various quality and training issues. This position will participate in and deliver training for all staff. They determine training objectives and curriculum and create the training programs, including outlines, handouts, tests, and exercises. The trainer is ultimately responsible for the staff’s continued learning and training.

• Two or four year degree in HR, education, or training preferred
• Five years experience as a trainer or a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual
• Ability to identify gaps in skills
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
