NJ Automobile Finance Company Seeking Funding Specialist Assistant.

Experience Preferred but willing to Train.

Duties :

  • Verify All Loan documents and conduct verifications and make sure we have all paperwork needed and filing and scanning.
  • Compare submitted documents to the underwriter's approval.
  • Release funds to approved Automobile Dealerships once all matches.
  • Track titles of Financed vehicles. Pulling titles and pockets.
  • Entering all deals into computer systems and putting deal paperwork together
  • Directly interfacing with underwriters and Automobile Dealers.
  • Taking payments from customers, updating accounts, Deposits
  • Paying bills

Salary Commensurate with Experience :

  • 401k & Match, Sick time.
  • Must be available to back up our Funding Specialist when on vacation or as needed
  • Must work Monday thru Friday Part time 1030am to 415pm
  • In Office Only
