Leaders Staffing is a Flexographic Press Operator located in Sturgis, Michigan.
Pay starts at $15 the hours but could go up to $22/hr, just depending on experience!
This position is responsible for operating and performing routine maintenance on flexographic printing presses.
Schedule: 1st shift: 6am-2pm.
Ideal Candidate will have exceptional mechanical aptitude and machine repair experience with operating flexographic printing press:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating a Mark Andy flexographic printing press.
- Previous experience with 1-10 color work printing pressure sensitive labels.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have the ability to perform basic math.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and management.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
