Leaders Staffing is seeking an Plant Manager, for a growing OEM industrial manufacturer in the Bristol area. This is a direct hire, permanent position with our client.
The Plant Manager will plan, direct, and execute all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement and safety mindset and be knowledgeable in manufacturing processes.
This role will oversee the planning, organization, control, and direction of all operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
