About This Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind instructional leader development that drives school improvement, ensuring that professional learning significantly enhances teacher practices and student learning outcomes. You'll lead the charge in action-oriented instructional coaching, guiding district and school leaders, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders. With your expertise, you'll design and deliver professional learning opportunities that elevate teaching and learning in Action-Oriented Coaching, novice teacher development, instructional coach development, and school leadership development.

- Location Specific: Live within 90 minutes of Grand Rapids, MI
- Seasoned Educator: At least 7 years of K-12 classroom teaching experience
- Leadership Guru: 2 years in district or school leadership roles
- Coaching Pro: Proven experience in instructional coaching
- Content Expert: Deep knowledge in teaching, content creation, and instructional design
- Curriculum Champion: Skilled in helping schools and teachers adopt and implement innovative curriculum strategies and pedagogies
- Client Whisperer: Excellent client management skills with a proactive approach to partnerships
- Presentation Ninja: Master of presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, and more
- Data Dynamo: Fluent in data-driven instructional models
- Adaptive Coach: Proficient in various coaching stances

Benefits
Compensation:
- The compensation range for this position is between $89,811 and $146,572 annually with the midpoint being $119,090. Candidates, either newly hired or new to the role, can typically expect a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications and internal equity.
Benefits:
- 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for individual employees. Additional premium costs are covered 60% by Leading Educators for partners and dependents on medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 4% matching 401k plan, Flexible Spending Accounts for medical, childcare and commuter expenses, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Benefits are valued at or above $9,000 for employees.
Time Off:
- First three years of employment, full time staff accrue 22 days a year.
- Five additional days are accrued after the third and sixth year of employment.
- Leading Educators also offer 16 additional paid days off for various holidays, including three floating holidays staff may use at their discretion.

Salary : $89,811 - $146,572
