Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and non-traditional investments.

Department-wide Responsibilities

The Finance & Human Resource team is responsible for the improvement of LRS by regularly measuring and reporting budgets, forecasts, and pertinent information for strategic decision-making including asset purchases, expansions, and staffing needs. Team members proactively handle labor law compliance, recordkeeping, hiring and training, compensation, relational assistance, cash needs, and help with handling specific performance issues.

Responsibilities In Your Role

•Support a team responsible for servicing company sponsored retirementplans.•Contribute to the development and tracking of pipeline opportunities, as well as the marketing plan associated with new businessopportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to deploy a prospecting strategy via email, phone and online resources.
  • Contribute to the establishment of the annual strategic sales plan, aligning resources across the organization to achieve top-line revenue andprofit objectives.
  • Act as a lead industry influencer with prospects, partners, internal team members and other centers of influence.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.
  • Proactively schedule and conduct regular introduction salescalls with potential clients.
  • Convert prospects to active clients by working with client services team as they prepare& obtainagreement & intake kits, fee disclosures and other notices, coordinate with 3rdparty vendors, and install clients in our systems.
  • Communicate expectations and optionstoguide potential clients through plan terminations, mergers, and acquisitionsif applicable during the sales process.
  • Understand retirement plan qualification requirements, retirement plan documents, discussplan provisions and the impact to potential client and participants.
  • Point of contact to handle inquiries from finance team in relation to contracts and client pricing
  • Prepare projected and actual plan costsfor sales leads.
  • Prepare weekly sales metrics, quarterly salesreports and projected annual revenue, report these figures to management group.
  • Partner with the management team to create and implement a strategy for accelerated growth to meet 3 year business plan targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years related experience is preferred.
• Experience in retirement plan, investment or banking industries is preferred.
• Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with numbers and basic calculations.
• Solutions oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities.
• Strong command of technology including Quickbooks, and ability to learn new software solutions easily and quickly.
• Proficiency is required with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
• Works well with a team, including other team members who work remotely/virtually.
• Creative participation and forward-looking contribution to team activities and company progress.
• A demonstrated record of accomplishment of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations.
• Possesses a preference for proactivity, avoids workplace distractions, and drives performance targets to completion.
