Responsibilities
Webinar Program Management : You’ll be at the forefront of our webinar program, ensuring its smooth execution from start to finish.
This includes coordinating schedules, liaising with presenters, and managing all logistical aspects to deliver high-quality webinars.
Departmental Support : Serve as the go-to resource for our department by managing communications for task forces and advisory groups.
Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain crucial information, documentation, and historical records.
Event Support : Be an integral part of the team for all association events, providing support and assistance where needed to ensure the success of each event.
Includes overnight travel.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members to coordinate and produce work within the department, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Additional on-site days may be required depending on event schedules and job duties.
Skills
- Computer proficiency and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office platform.
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Teams or other conferencing platforms.
- Basic knowledge or comfort with GoTo Webinar or other webinar software.
- Salesforce or Nimble AMS software knowledge preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of applying for CEUs preferred but not required.
