LeadsMarket is hiring a PPC Manager for its Paid Search channel. We are in an exciting, challenging, and growing vertical. The PPC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing paid search campaigns across all search platforms.
Responsibilities:
- You will report to SVP Marketing
- You will own the paid search channel including campaign setup, execution, optimization, testing, growth, recommended budget increase, and overall performance.
- PPC manager responsibilities will include text ads, display, video, and other emerging offerings across all search platforms (i.e. Google, Bing)
- Scale new and existing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and maximize return on ad spend.
- Design, implement, test, and scale paid strategies across channels including regular experimentation that optimizes creative, audience and channel effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze experiment results, and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Unlock the right combination of targeting, keywords, ad copy, etc, to drive profitable leads.
- Responsible for measuring and reporting on all key paid search metrics including return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), lead acquisition cost, lead quality, and overall channel performance.
- Analyze and optimize lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.
- Communicate experimentation plans, performance updates, and test results.
- Provide quarterly planning on how to grow vertical market share.
Requirements:
- 5 years of strong expertise in Google PPC (paid search) in a very competitive vertical.
- Proven track record of growing profitably growing paid search
- Experience running performance paid search campaigns. We measure success by achieving ROAS goals.
- In-depth knowledge of how Google Ads work
- Deep experience in Google Paid Search, Display, Discovery, Gmail, YouTube, and Microsoft Paid Search and Display.
- Strong keyword research
- Competitive analysis and recommendations
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise with A/B Testing and campaign optimization.
- Expertise in Google Analytics.
