About the Role:

The Finance group is looking to build a team in Wilsonville to help support the growth and fast-paced environment of LeadVenture. We are looking for a go-getter willing to take on any challenge thrown at them. This role will be on the front lines of a major investment of new accounting systems and processes to build the ability for the back office to scale with the business.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
  • Develop monthly forecast models and assist in the development of the annual operating budget
  • Report and analyze SaaS revenue trends and metrics including ACV, ARR/MRR, CAC, renewal rates, churn, ASP, etc.
  • Assemble and summarize sales and revenue data, prepare reports, present analysis; ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and provide monthly/quarterly reporting for executive team, analyzing financial results and performance to budget plan and forecast
  • Provide financial modeling assistance for potential mergers and acquisition activity
  • Oversee the development of the annual commission plans by providing accurate sales numbers, data models, and other reporting as required
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects to assist senior management in driving business performance
  • Clearly communicate conclusions, analytical findings, and value-added information to internal stakeholders
  • Proactively seek and streamline processes to add efficiencies

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics
  • At least 4 years business experience, with a focus in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with management and analysis of large data sets as well as financial models using tools such as Excel, ERPs, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience with reporting financial data in a concise and organized manner
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • SaaS experience a plus
