Position Summary : Responsible forcompleting assigned LeafFilter gutter protection projectinstallations as directed by the Field Installation Lead and / orInstallation management team.

Installation process includescollecting inventory, transporting materials, onsite measurementand product sizing, cleaning and realigning gutters, and overallinstallation worksite setup and cleanup.

May include real-timeproblem solving with challenging installations in varying fieldconditions and interacting with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work on single-person ormultiple-person installations as assigned by Field InstallationLead and / or Installation management team.
• Solve onsite installation challenges throughproduct measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use ofbasic hand tools and battery-operated tools.
• Travel in assigned local territory usingpersonal vehicle (reliable truck or van) to complete assignedgutter protection installations at customer location(s).
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improvelocation attainment and effectiveness.
• Providequality installation services by following established installationtraining processes.
• Provide excellent customerservice experience while on job site.
• Maintaincompany provided ladders and standoffs.
• Supplyall necessary tools and equipment to complete installation atcustomer location(s) which meet established installation guidelinesand expectations.
• Follow established job sitesafety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines and company safetypolicies and procedures.
• Must hold active andvalid driver’s license.
• Performs other dutiesas assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of successful experience in homeconstruction, remodeling, and / or gutterinstallation.
• Demonstrate superior quality andattention to detail in all facets of the installationprocess.
• Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping theball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a roll up yoursleeves and win every day mentality.
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
• Must hold a validdriver’s license.
• Must have reliabletransportation to / from job site to perform job duties.
• Must be comfortable ascending and descendingladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Must be legally authorized to work in countryof employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g.,H1B status).

Priorexperience in gutter and / or gutter protection system installation,repair, or inspection is a plus.

TravelRequirements :

Local travelrequired.

Overtime / Additional Hours Requirements :

May be requested to work overtime onevenings and weekends dependent on business need.

Physical Requirements :

• Field office / manufacturing / constructionenvironment.
• Performs work outside in varyingtemperatures and climates.
• Medium work.Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 30pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects.
