Position Summary : Responsible for completing assigned LeafFilter gutter protectionproject installations as directed by the Field Installation Leadand / or Installation management team.

Installation process includescollecting inventory, transporting materials, onsite measurementand product sizing, cleaning and realigning gutters, and overallinstallation worksite setup and cleanup.

May include real-timeproblem solving with challenging installations in varying fieldconditions and interacting with customers.

• Work on multiple-person installationteam to complete assigned installation projects meeting establishedinstallation guidelines including quality, efficiency, andeffectiveness.
• Solve onsite installationchallenges through product measuring, adjustments, andcustomizations including use of basic hand tools andbattery-operated tools.
• Travel as neededlocally, regionally, and nationally to complete assigned gutterprotection installations at customer location(s).
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improvelocation attainment and effectiveness.
• Providequality installation services by following established installationtraining processes.
• Provide excellent customerservice experience while on job site.
• Maintaincompany provided equipment to include ladders, standoffs, tools,PPE, etc.
• Follow established job site safetyrules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines and company safety policiesand procedures.
• May be required tosuccessfully operate company provided vehicle following company Rules of the Road’ policies.
• Must hold activeand valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck orsprinter van in accordance with company Rules of the Road’program.
• Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of successful experience in homeconstruction, remodeling, and / or gutterinstallation.
• Demonstrate superior quality andattention to detail in all facets of the installationprocess.
• Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping theball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a roll up yoursleeves and win every day mentality.
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
• Must hold a validdriver’s license.
• Must be comfortableascending and descending ladders of varying heights to performservices.
• Must be legally authorized to workin country of employment without sponsorship for employment visastatus (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilitiesor Certifications :

Priorexperience in gutter and / or gutter protection system installation,repair, or inspection is a plus.

TravelRequirements :

More than50% domestic travel required.

Overtime / AdditionalHours Requirements :

May berequested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent onbusiness need.

Physical Requirements :

• Field office / manufacturing / constructionenvironment.
• Performs work outside in varyingtemperatures and climates.
• Medium work.Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 30pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects.
