A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INFANT TEACHER*
In this teaching position, you play a vital role in our school's community by working in the infant room. You are responsible for the daily supervision and management of groups of infants ranging in age from two to twelve months. To keep the children engaged, you implement lesson plans that follow our school's philosophy while including activities that are age-appropriate and assist with growth and development.
In addition, you take the time to get to know each infant and ensure that their needs are being met. Following the school's play-based approach to learning, you have no trouble coming up with a variety of activities that are both safe and fun. Getting the opportunity to work with children and assist with their growth at such an impressionable age brings you great satisfaction, which is why you love the work that you do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INFANT TEACHER*
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, child development, or a related field preferred (assistance available for those who want to further their degree)
- 6 months of programmatic experience working in a licensed or accredited child care facility
- A love for children and the ability to relate well with them, their families, and teachers

WORK SCHEDULE*
