This role is for a Site Supervisor who will be onsite for the duration of the construction project to ensure subcontractor work maintains schedule and on-budget. There will be oversight from the Project Manager who will bring the supervisor up to speed for the site work and detail the upcoming project. Looking for someone who can handle the project from start to finish of construction.

```Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards

- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates and address any concerns or challenges

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction supervision or management

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog)

- Familiarity with Microsoft Project

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing projects

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Solid understanding of quality control principles in construction

Pay: $73,377.00 - $78,385.00 per year
