We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Consultant to play a key role in projects to consult our customers in the best way possible.
You will engage in projects with our strategic accounts, providing professional services that reach from discovery workshops and consulting on the best use of our platform capabilities, via supporting the customer to integrate LeanIX with their IT-Ecosystem, to building Custom Reports, or providing automated data maintenance calculations using our API.

What you will do:
- You will lead exciting technical projects around consulting on Custom Integrations, Data Maintenance Calculations, Custom Reports, and more with different customers from various industries.
- To consult our customers, you will need to understand customer needs, and challenges, and delivering technical solutions following best practices while also challenging and improving latter considering efficiency, effectiveness, and downstream impact on other disciplines.
- With the technical implementation of customizations, you will also provide technical user enablement of our customers with regards to how to get the most value out of our technical platform capabilities.
- Developing and expanding existing accounts is part of your job, as well as translating customer feedback and use case experience into product requirements, and understanding team priorities and how each contributes to the success of customer success at LeanIX.
- For the above it is crucial to collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Engineers, Product Management, and Partners.
What you must bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in technical implementation projects; or an advanced degree with equivalent work experience with a high affinity to technology.
- Consulting skills, like persuasiveness and skill to adapt styles to differing audiences and advising others on difficult matters while enhancing relationships and networks with senior internal and external partners to resolve problems collaboratively with a strong customer focus.
- (IT-) Project Management proficiency, like staying in time and budget while delivering high quality solutions, being able to adapt to change, and effectively dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to analyze information requiring evaluation of multiple data sources, including experience and input from others when devising the right course of action and adapting existing approaches.
- Proficient skills in JSON, JavaScript (and any framework), any Object-Oriented Programming language (one of Python, or Java is desirable), APIs and any query language (SQL, MongoDB, GraphQL etc), experience with Webhooks, Azure Functions, and/ or Azure Logic Apps.
