Material CBR Analyst
Grand Prairie, Texas
As a member of the Materials team, the CBR analyst will be responsible for ensuring purchased parts arrive in required production time frame while maintaining minimal on-hand inventory and to provide accurate data analysis and planning of customer releases.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Update all BOM’s for new launch parts for the T1XX and Model year builds with continued focus on the current program.
- Work with suppliers to validate part changes on breakpoints supplied and cumulative balances owed to reduce obsolescence.
- Ensure all part changes have been communicated to all departments and all necessary information to update all systems have been created timely
- Ensure all new EDI setup for suppliers along with vendor P.O. changes and cum updates are completed timely
- Run CBR BOM comparison report to look for release inconsistencies and address issues timely
- Create Material BOMs, assisting Quality and Materials with system processes

Your Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree and/or equivalent experience in materials or inventory control.
- Understanding of computer spreadsheets and word processing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics
- Familiarity with ERP Systems
