Job Title: Team Leader (3rd Shift)
SUMMARY
Ensure accountability, transparency, and effective communication cross-functionally and within team while ensuring information is timely, clear, and accurate. Coaching and developing team to high performance; foster a team ownership culture that ensures compliance with all Corporate and Local policies, procedures, and regulations. Supply the highest level must measure and communicate the team's progress against individual, team, and site goals. The coach/team leader will perform all other job duties on an as needed basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Instruct associates on the output, quality and processes as well as provide for the growth of all associates.
- Assign work and adjust to meet changing requirements.
- Train associates as needed and complete necessary training requirements.
- Tour assigned areas and review housekeeping, productivity, quality, ensure safety, and address employee relation issues as necessary.
- Responsible for production data entry and reporting out
- Ability to direct workflow of a manufacturing team
- Administrate necessary paperwork on shift, machine reports, overtime, vacations, etc.
- Maintain clean work environment in departmental area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Foster an environment focused on Continuous Improvement.
- Performs additional duties as requested, needed, or assigned.
ABILITY TO
- Read, write, and speak and understand in English, to interpret documents such as specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, reports, business correspondence, regulatory and procedure manuals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, Supervisors and Managements.
- Work independently with little or no supervision and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram record data or schedule form.
- Physically able to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment – manual dexterity, visual acuity, and speed.
- Effectively organize, set priorities, schedule assigned work; oversee multiple and rapidly changing priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
