Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, along with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote child development.
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children in the facility.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues regarding their children.
- Manage the budget, resources, and daily operations of the child care center.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience in educating or working with students, preferably in a child care setting.
- Knowledge of education administration practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children.
