Duties
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Provide individualized support to students requiring extra assistance
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in areas such as physical education, early intervention, literacy education, special education, and behavior management
- Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methods is a plus
- Certification in education or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Prior experience in private schools or child welfare programs is advantageous
