For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities:
We are actively searching for a Operations Manager to oversee operations at our Roswell location in Georgia.
Position Responsibilities:
Staff Management – Create a systematic approach to the recruitment, training and retention of qualified individuals who understand their contribution to the Learning Services standard of customer service.
Expense Management – Demonstrated ability to consistently stay in compliance with the expense side of the Program’s budget including the consistent management of the Program’s labor budget.
Quality Management – Ensure that the Program meets the needs, demands and expectations of our residents, customers and employees.
Position Tasks:
Staff Management
Recruit and retain staff to meet agreed upon staffing levels and seek to improve the quality and competency of the staff.
Interface with the corporate level Human Resource office to insure that the program practices competent standardized human resources.
Provide adequate training to all staff to meet LEARNING SERVICES and Licensing standards.
Cover direct care shifts as needed.
Provide timely staff performance appraisals.
Maintain and audit Program personnel files
Maintain compliance with all Corporate, State and Federal labor policies and laws.
Expense Management
Monitor compliance with Monthly and Year to Date budget submitting monthly variance reports.
Manage expenses within agreed upon budget limits and ratios.
Manage labor costs and hours within budget.
Manage the Program’s use of overtime and contract labor.
Participate in the development of the Program’s annual operating budget.
Program and Property presentation: Establish and implement an equipment and property maintenance schedule. Oversee a strategic capitol equipment replacement schedule. Manage all repair and maintenance agreements and contracts. Maintain safe, sanitary, home-like environment in all venues.
Quality Management
Implement the company’s service delivery model
Interface with the Clinical Director (if applicable) and/or Case Manager(s) to understand the Resident’s Care Plan as it pertains to the training of the direct care staff to deliver quality services competently. Insure that the direct care staff understands the Resident’s Care Plan as it pertains to the tasks of the direct care staff.
Participate and manage in data collection as mandated by the program’s quality improvement plan.
Minimize unplanned discharges
Facilitate timely admissions
Outcomes: Ensure that Program staff understand and support each resident’s Care Plan as prepared by the Program’s Case Manager(s). Ensure that the data required to support and develop each Resident’s outcome goals is properly collected by program staff.
Licensure and Accreditation Standards: Maintain all appropriate licensure as current and in good standing. Comply with all CARF accreditation standards maintaining full accreditation.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
B.S. or B.A. degree required 5
5 years of prior personnel management experience in a healthcare related environment
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-initiative and ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to lift minimally 50 pounds
Preferred experience in disability management
Preferred clinical or medical experience in a rehab related field
Valid Driver's License
