Position Purpose:
Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout the Blue Water portfolio. Contingent upon location and completion of agreement, Blue Water provides a free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per workamper agreement), all hours worked are paid, and potential for end of agreement bonus. Hourly rate varies upon state and experience.

- Workamping opportunities in the following departments:
- Housekeeping
- Grounds/Maintenance
- Front Desk/Guest Service
- Food and Beverage
- Activities and Events
- Camp Host/Security
Success Factors:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
- The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
