Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Are you a highly motivated salesperson with a passion for real estate? Lecara Investments Group is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Acquisitions Specialist in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring profitable real estate deals while working regular business hours with the possibility of occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize our fully built-out CRM system and provided leads and your exceptional sales skills and creative mindset to proactively identify potential real estate investment opportunities in the Florida area. Conduct outreach and engage with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to build a strong network of leads.
• Negotiation and Deal Acquisition: Collaborate with leads to negotiate and secure favorable purchase agreements for investment properties. Execute effective strategies to acquire properties at a competitive price. Write contracts that get accepted on off-market deals.
• Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Maintain regular and professional communication with leads to establish strong relationships and ensure continuous deal flow. Follow up diligently on leads and inquiries to facilitate successful acquisitions.
• Training and Development: Benefit from real estate training provided by Lecara Investments Group. Additionally, receive guidance and mentorship to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience and success in a sales-focused role is essential. Experience in real estate sales or related fields is highly desirable.
• Self-Discipline and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial. You will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing your daily activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Creative Mindset: Possess a strong spirit and the drive to succeed in a competitive industry. Show initiative, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to uncover new opportunities.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to establish rapport, negotiate effectively, and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Professionalism and Integrity: Maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity when interacting with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
