Job Summary:
You are an experienced Project Controls Specialist who performs monitoring, reporting, and analysis on the organization’s financial and operational performance. This includes monitoring trends, performing cost and KPI analyses, and identifying potential risks and process gaps. You will be expected to provide guidance and coaching to the appropriate team members. Essential Responsibilities:
- Will be working in a dynamic and results-oriented environment while engaging in multiple concurrent projects
- Focuses on improving productivity using orderly and efficient processes and procedures
- Will re-prioritize based on business demands coupled with a strong sense of urgency
- A collaborative, confident and assertive style with the ability to build strong trusting relationships and employ influencing strategies to gain support and achieve results and common goals
- Will exhibit conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify the financial and operations levers for improving key processes and structures
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with a remote team
- Intermediate to advanced skill knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Power BI (would be preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similar area of study
- Three to five years of relevant business improvement, business transformation, and project controller experience
- Experience in Telecommunications with an emphasis on operational excellence
- Management consulting experience from a large professional consulting practice (would be preferred)
Work Conditions:
- This position has remote flexibility
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% both domestic and international
