Join our Seabrook, NH client as an Assistant Rental Manager! This full-time, direct-hire role is responsible for managing all aspects of rentals, including vetting potential tenants, addressing maintenance issues, and negotiating leases, among other tasks. A real estate license is necessary for this position, so if you don’t have one, you would need to get one soon after you are hired.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Rental Manager
- Interview prospective tenants
- Review prospective tenants’ applications and verify information
- Update and maintain rental and tenant records
- Negotiate rental terms with tenants
- Address issues with tenants
- Contact owners regarding maintenance issues
- Facilitate repairs of maintenance issues
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Assistant Rental Manager
- Real estate license required or ability to get one within 30 days
- Ability to work 10 Saturdays in the summer
- Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help out
- Good customer service skills
- Prior experience working in property management
- Highly organized
