Help Desk Support
If you’re reliable, computer savvy, and don’t mind working nights, then consider this Help Desk Support role. You’ll work as part of the operations team to support users and monitor the data center. Responsibilities for Help Desk Support

  • Answer front-line technical services and data center phones, provide Tier 1 support to callers, or route to appropriate on-call personnel  
  • Manage and monitor server and network logs to identify issues before they impact user base, and notify on-call personnel in the event of technical interruption
  • Coordinate and facilitate outage calls and emergent technical response, up to and including initial technical support and troubleshooting as well as systems administration and deployment
  • Apply security updates, operating system patches, and major upgrades to Windows Desktop platforms
  • Manage and monitor conditions at local and remote data center, and assist in coordinating needed maintenance
  • Work collaboratively to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications for Help Desk Support

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field with 1 year of PC network administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This Help Desk Support position works ten-hour shifts on Monday through Thursday with some flexibility on start time. We look forward to hearing from you!
