Medical – Executive Assistant
Our healthcare client in Dover, NH needs a skilled Executive Assistant for a full-time, interim position! In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative responsibilities like scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, ordering supplies, and more. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities of the Medical – Executive Assistant

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Take minutes and notes during meetings
  • Prepare payroll for processing
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phones and assist or direct callers
  • Order supplies
  • Draft correspondence
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Medical – Executive Assistant

  • 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
