Position: AP Specialist
Location: San Rafael (100% onsite)
Pay: $26-28 per hour
Duration: Contract to Hire / Direct Hire
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2-3 years of solid AP experience
- Excellent attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and welcome feedback
- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Sage 300 (nice to have)
