ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide senior management with financial information and assurances as to the finance department's controls, procedures, and adherence to accounting principles (GAAP)
- Manage and ensure the proper resources are deployed to ensure the completion of all accounting and finance functions:
- Maintenance of the General Ledger supporting all Financials
- Client accounting - with proper adherence to client specifications
- Payment processing - ensure adequate controls and balances
- Reporting and Analysis - for management discussion and decision
- Oversee and ensure the completion of daily cash management and cash flow projections
- Responsible for banking relationships
- Review and analyze financial statements
Job Requirements
- 5 years of progressive corporate finance management along with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major is required. MBA a plus
- Unquestionable integrity and personal ethics
- Previous hands-on Controller experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel user preferred)
- Management / leadership experience is expected
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills
