We are partnered with a premier finance solutions company who is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to join their team. The Dynamics Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, availability, and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, supporting systems, and integrations. The primary focus of this role is to manage the CRM environment, but will also have the opportunity to gain experience across the Power Platform and supporting services in Azure.
This position is available for both hybrid or remote work within the time zones of the company's Portsmouth, New Hampshire or Tustin, California offices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going support of Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems, including incident analysis and resolution
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including code promotion, system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and patches
- Implement and manage integrations with third party systems
- Assign, maintain, and review application security roles and privileges
- Work closely with IT Application Development, and the IT Team to ensure the successful deployment, support, and availability of business systems
- Work with peers to implement new and support existing applications within the Microsoft Azure environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field and 3 years of experience in IT System Administration, but flexible depending on candidate experience
- 1 years of your experience should be direct, hands on work administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and managing code promotion in a Dev/UAT/Prod environment
- Proven experience with the MS Power Platform and Dataverse (CDS,)
- Familiarity with business functions including Sales and Marketing
- General working knowledge of Office 365, managing security permissions and ACLs, and scripting
- Experience working in the Equipment Leasing, Business loan or other Financial Services Industries is preferred
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
