Location: San Ramon, CA


Contract to Hire



Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for supporting 60 in-office staff and 200 field employees.

  • Set up new accounts, laptops, desktops, devices for new hires weekly.

  • Troubleshoot, support, and install new devices, printers, mobile device management, and assign and issue equipment.

  • Perform presentation during onboarding with a focus on application training.

  • Maintain inventory and other tasks as assigned.

  • Use of Jira and Google Workspace

  • OS: Windows, macOS
