Accounts Payable Accountant

Our manufacturing client in Roxbury, MA is seeking a temporary to permanent Accounts Payable specialist. Candidate must be comfortable working in an extremely fast paced production environment and comfortable with phone communication and invoice prioritization.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years' full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Month End Reconciliation, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Payroll highly preferred
- Experience processing 125 weekly invoices
- 3 way-matching, Purchase Orders, reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies manually required
- MS Office, Excel, Quickbooks experience required
- Manufacturing experience- Purchase Order, Labor Charges, etc required
- Production/Manufacturing industry experience
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Vehicle required
